UBC Student Life | Advice and FAQ

I graduated from the University of Waterloo and I miss it! Many graduates will tell you that there are no major differences between UBC student life and other campuses. The main differences are usually the academic programs and school spirit. But in the end, it is up to you to make the most of your experience.
Transitioning to a new place can be hard! It can also be overwhelming when researching online for more information. So I wanted to create a central hub with the top student resources from UBC. At the end of the article, there is an infographic on things students wished they knew about UBC.
All the bolded terms are hyperlinks in the infographic. Download the PDF below to access all the links.
Check out the University of British Columbia Student Guide Part One here for all things academic, study resources, work, volunteer opportunities, textbooks and free food information.
In addition, I created the University of British Columbia Student Guide Part Two which has resources on housing, transportation, health, wellness, financial and career information.
