Running out of things to talk about during your video calls? Here is a list of video call group games to play with friends and family.

Houseparty App

The HouseParty App is free to download on any iOS, Android, macOS and Chrome devices. Connect face to face with friends and play games such as:

Heads-up
- Ellen DeGeneres’ famous party game where one person has to guess the hidden word. Everyone else will be acting out the word or giving hints.
Quick Draw
- One person is the designated artist while the group will guess what the image is. When people guess correctly, the artist gets a point. You win by having the highest score.
Trivia
- Do you remember what you learn in high school? Do you know song lyrics or movie actors better than your friends? What about your general knowledge? Choose from the different categories to find out.
Chips and Guac (Similar to Cards against Humanity)
- There will be a randomly selected card in the center. For each round, there will be one person who will select the best combo. Everyone else will choose a card from their hands to match the center card. Try thinking about what your friend will choose so you can win points.

What’s great about this app is you can see everyone on the call and chat while playing these games. You can play up to a maximum of 8 people.
